Questions we get asked

GOOD VIBES events is a Luxembourg-based event production company, active since 2018. We handle live and digital event production end to end: concept and creative direction, staging and technical production, logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site execution. We work for corporate clients, institutions and brands across Luxembourg and the Greater Region.

Six formats cover most briefs: corporate events (seminars, team buildings, internal conventions), conferences and conventions, product launches, live activations, digital events (streaming and online production) and hybrid events combining a room and a remote audience. Audiences typically range from 50 to several thousand attendees.

We are based in Luxembourg and produce mainly in Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany, the Greater Region, as well as across Europe when a client rolls a format out on several markets. Our teams travel with the production.

Both. Most clients hand us the full scope, from the first workshop to load-out and post-event reporting, with a single producer as their only point of contact. Others bring us in on a specific block (technical direction, stage design, content production) alongside their own teams.

For a conference or a convention, three to six months gives real room to design the format and secure venues and suppliers. Smaller formats and activations can be produced in a few weeks. If your date is close, tell us anyway. We will say straight away whether we can hold the quality bar in the time left.

Send us a brief covering objectives, audience, date and ballpark budget, through the contact page. We come back with a first read and, once the intent is clear, a costed production proposal. There is no charge for that first exchange.

Yes, through the ecosystem we belong to. DEVIL & DEMONS covers brand identity, campaigns and content; TACTIK covers field, street and retail staffing. Same ecosystem, same standard, so one brief can carry creative, production and activation without you having to stitch three agencies together.
