Privacy Policy
Who we are?
Our website address is: www.vibes.lu and is held by GOOD VIBES events & communications, which is a data controller of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy applies to GOOD VIBES events & communications and all websites, services and brands operated by GOOD VIBES events & communications, including GOOD VIBES events, DEVIL & DEMONS and TACTIK. These brands are commercial names operated by GOOD VIBES events & communications and are not separate legal entities.
We have adopted this privacy policy, which determines how we process information collected by www.vibes.lu, which also provides the reasons why we need to collect certain personal data about you. Therefore, you should read this privacy policy before using the website www.vibes.lu as well as our products/services.
We take care of your personal data and are committed to ensuring its confidentiality and security.
The personal information we collect
When you visit www.vibes.lu, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. In addition, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the site, and how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “device information.” In addition, we may collect the personal data you provide to us (including, but not limited to, name, first name, address, payment information, etc.) when registering in order to be able to execute the contract.
Why do we process your data?
Our absolute priority is the security of customer data, and as such, we only process minimal user data, only to the extent that it is absolutely necessary to maintain the website. The information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and to establish statistical information regarding the use of the website. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way as to identify a particular user of the system.
You can visit the website without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. However, if you wish to use certain features of the website, or if you wish to receive our newsletter or provide other details by filling out a form, you may provide us with personal data, such as your email, first name, last name, city of residence, organization, telephone number. You can choose not to provide us with your personal data, but you may not be able to take advantage of certain features of the website. For example, you will not be able to receive our newsletter or contact us directly from the website. Users who do not know what information is mandatory are invited to contact us via good@vibes.lu.
Use of artificial intelligence
Information you submit through the forms on our websites (contact requests, briefs, audit requests, job applications…) is processed with the help of an AI tool used internally by GOOD VIBES events & communications. We use it to:
- sort your request and route it to the right team and brand;
- summarise your request and help us prepare our reply;
- improve the speed and quality of our responses over time.
Human oversight. Apart from the case described below, the AI never takes, on its own, a decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you. A member of our team reviews your request and decides.
Automated decision for job applications outside the area. Our positions can only be filled by people able to work in the geographic area where the assignment takes place. When a job application comes from a person located outside that area, it is declined automatically, based solely on this location criterion, and you are informed by e-mail. This decision is necessary to assess whether a contract can be entered into (Art. 22(2)(a) GDPR). You can at any time ask for a member of our team to review the decision, express your point of view and contest it, by writing to good@vibes.lu. No other criterion (profile, experience, personal characteristics) is used for this automatic decision.
Legal basis. We handle your request in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We improve our service on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object to this at any time.
Provider. The tool relies on Anthropic (Claude), acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Your data is not used to train Anthropic’s models. Data may be processed in the United States; this transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention. Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after 12 months. Job applications are anonymised after 6 months, unless you agree to stay in our talent pool.
Your rights. You can object to this processing, ask for a human review or request deletion at any time by writing to good@vibes.lu.
