The Bank of China organized the first Commercial Bank Summit, bringing together the leading players in the financial sector. The sumptuous Château de Bourglinster was chosen as the ideal setting for the event. The aim was to create a convivial atmosphere conducive to exchanges, where guests could meet as soon as they arrived in the reception room, over a cup of coffee.
We took charge of setting up the event, ensuring that every detail reflected the importance and symbolism of the occasion. The conference room was furnished with sofas and armchairs to encourage exchanges between participants. For dinner, we collaborated with René Mathieu to offer a high-level gastronomic experience, accompanied by a violin and cello duo, adding an artistic touch to the evening. The decor was designed around the element of gold, symbolizing glory, wisdom, harmony, happiness and culture in Chinese tradition.
