For the 2020 edition of the Media Awards, 18 of our hosts and hostesses were present to help the Paperjam Club teams coordinate the event. Standing in the cloakroom, welcoming the guests and placing the guests were among the different tasks assigned to our team.
Stranen Mortuary trusted GOOD VIBES with the total redesign of their graphic communication. All the visuals have been modified: logo, lettering, stationery and website. The goal was to modernize the family business and to stay clear of the market’s usual communication clichés. Two colors were chosen for the stationery: blue and sand. This was meant to inspire trust and professionalism. The companiy’s logo was changed to a geometrically cut bird. The website’s priority was to give easy access to the requested informations and give a clear and simple description of the services they offer.
Christmas is one of the busiest periods of the year, specially for the HORECA sector. The companies in this field bet a lot on their communication. For that reason GOOD VIBES worked on festive brochure, entirely adapted to the end of the year holiday ambiance while preserving a modern style thanks to golden and pastel colors.
We were contacted by the Central Bank of Luxembourg to organize their 2019 end of year party. Their wishes were to get out of their comfort zones by proposing something else than the traditional sit-down dinner in one of the main reception rooms of Luxembourg. Our efforts were therefore driven by the originality of the concept. After many days of research, we decided to suggest the BOOS Beach Club for a Christmas Beach Party evening. We kept the indoor decoration but changed the setting to accommodate it for a walking dinner.

The launch was entertained by Jürgen Hammer (SPTF), Laura Foose (SPTF) and Paulette Lehnert (the former Minister of the Coopération et de l’Action humanitaire)’s speeches. The local press was present to cover the event.
Afternoon conference and dinner at the Bourglinster Castle. The guests were escorted of their vehicles to the second floor for a cocktail and were delighted to listen to the harpist’s melody. The cocktail was then followed by conferences on the investment institutes and commercial banks in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. The afternoon ended with a succulent menu prepared by the starred chef René Mathieu and savored to the sound of 2 talented violinists.
