    Administrative and commercial assistant (m/f)

    Permanent contract 32h/ week

    Under the responsibility of the management, you will actively participate in the development of the agency's activities and will be responsible for the follow-up of clients and suppliers, ensuring the quality of the service, coordinating internal and external information related to the operation of the agency and taking charge of the complete follow-up of files.

    Your tasks:

    • Ensure the telephonic reception and physical welcome of the agency

    • Manage the agendas and appointments

    • Manage the administrative part of the agency

    • Manage the agency's event hosts (relationship with all stakeholders, audition, establishment and follow-up of contracts, establishment of accounts,...)

    • Ensure a quality customer relationship

    • Set up and follow up client files

    • Sales pitch to prospects and sending of commercial documents

    • Taking charge of and computerizing customer and supplier requests and orders

    • Invoicing and follow-up of invoices

    • Entering accounting documents

    • Development and animation of the network of partners

    • Feeding the CRM

    • Write reports, minutes or notes

    • Ensure the filing and archiving of files

    Your profile :

    • The Office Pack (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams,...) has no secrets for you and you are comfortable with a MAC environment (iOS)

    • Knowledge of SAGE BOB 50 software is considered an advantage

    • You have a keen eye for detail and can meet deadlines

    • You are accurate, motivated and work in an organized and structured manner

    • You are fluent in French, spoken and written, and you are comfortable with English, any other language is considered an advantage

    • You are able to work independently, but also as part of a team
