Your missions:
As an event host, your primary mission will be to ensure a warm and professional welcome, provide relevant information, and guide visitors during various events such as conferences, trade shows, cocktail parties, seminars, etc.
Your role will also involve performing tasks such as access control and badge distribution, cloakroom management, guest list management and participant registration, directing people to their seats, collecting visitor contact information, distributing goodies bags and promotional material, etc.
