Key outcome

200 guests at the client evening
120 employees at the teambuilding
4th consecutive edition

The insight

The value of a recurring event doesn't come from constant surprise, but from building a recognizable signature while evolving the format at the pace of the client relationship.

Our deliberate choices

  • Choosing a consistent, memorable event identity over a string of standalone spectacular activations
  • Favoring a two-part narrative journey (client evening plus teambuilding) over one extended single format
  • Treating reception and cloakroom as full brand moments, run by our own event staff
  • Refusing to replicate a fixed format: each edition carries a strategic step forward for loyalty building

The challenge

The problem

JTC Luxembourg approached us for the fourth time as their event production agency for their Asparagus Party. They wanted a memorable event for their partners and clients.

  • Avoid fatigue from a recurring format
  • Keep engagement levels rising
  • Create a memorable experience without breaking continuity
  • Build in a coherent teambuilding dimension
  • Get value from the event beyond the evening itself

Our response

Building on our previous collaborations, we designed and ran several unique experiences, including a murder party as part of a teambuilding session. This kind of activity strengthens team cohesion while giving guests a playful, immersive moment.

Continuing this creative approach, we built a full strategy for JTC Luxembourg's Asparagus Party. Our team handled the scenography, logistics, catering coordination and staff management to keep the event running smoothly. We worked closely with JTC Luxembourg to create a compelling experience and give their guests a memorable evening.

Our own event staff managed reception and the cloakroom, providing professional, attentive support throughout the evening.

  • Consistent scenography across two days
  • Built-in teambuilding activity (murder party)
  • Full catering and logistics coordination
  • GOOD VIBES event staff (reception, cloakroom)
  • Photo and video coverage to extend the impact

Strategic approach

Given the event's recurring nature, we chose strategic consolidation over a formal overhaul. The event works as a full relationship medium in its own right: each edition shapes how partners perceive JTC Luxembourg's brand and its ability to build closeness with them.

Narrative experience

The event is more than a festive evening: it tells the story of a growing relationship. By structuring two complementary days (a client evening plus a team teambuilding), we turned the Asparagus Party into a loyalty platform with double value: external (partners) and internal (employees). The murder party uses game mechanics and immersion to build cohesion without falling into the artificiality of standard teambuilding formats.

Controlled scenography

We designed an adaptable set that worked for both configurations (client evening, then teambuilding) without a full teardown in between. This operational choice keeps a recognizable visual continuity while controlling costs and setup time. The event signage reinforces the identity of the occasion and helps 200 guests move around with ease.

Dedicated staff

Rather than outsourcing reception and the cloakroom, GOOD VIBES brought in its own event staff, trained in the agency's approach. This direct control ensures consistent service quality and immediate responsiveness to any last-minute issue. The staff becomes part of the experience itself, not just a logistics function.

Post-event value

Photo and video coverage turns the event into content that can be reused: an aftermovie for social media, a report for internal communications, visual archives for future editions. We moved away from plain documentation toward storytelling-driven production, extending the event's relational impact well beyond the two days on site.

Building a two-part narrative format aligned with loyalty and company culture goals.

  3. 03

    Production

Coordinating scenography, catering, logistics and event staff for a smooth, consistent experience.

  4. 04

    Activity

Running the murder party teambuilding as a driver of cohesion and employee engagement.

  5. 05

    Coverage

Photo report and aftermovie to extend the impact and feed post-event communications.

Results

The event strengthened the trust between GOOD VIBES and JTC Luxembourg (a fourth consecutive collaboration) while reinforcing the Asparagus Party's status as a must-attend fixture. The two-part format reached two strategic audiences (clients and employees) through a single operation, making the most of the event investment.

total participants

A two-part format that turns <span>200 loyal partners and clients</span> and <span>120 engaged employees</span> into ambassadors for a relationship that grows with every edition.

The scenography and signage strike a balance between festivity and professionalism: a recognizable visual world that evolves without breaking continuity.

Frequently asked questions

How do you avoid fatigue on a recurring event without losing its identity?
By building each edition around a new strategic angle (here, extending into teambuilding) while keeping a recognizable scenographic and experiential signature. The progress should show in the added value, not in spectacle for its own sake.
Why include teambuilding in a client event?
Turning a festive moment into a driver of company culture strengthens internal cohesion and extends the event's impact beyond external networking. Here, the murder party built on the group dynamic created the day before, reinforcing employee engagement.
What does an in-house event staff bring to a loyalty-focused event?
The staff carries the agency's relational signature: they know the codes, understand the client's history, and respond in a way that matches the brand promise. Reception and cloakroom stop being support functions and become brand moments that show the attention given to each guest.
How do you measure the success of a loyalty event beyond immediate satisfaction?
By tracking repeat requests, the quality of qualitative feedback, and the event's ability to feed the client's internal and external communications. Here, the fourth edition confirms both the strength of the format and the solidity of the agency-client relationship.
