- Complete art direction (composition, typography, visual treatment)
- Prepress execution files for offset production
The challenge
The problem
For its 2025 New Year card, the Central Bank of Luxembourg wanted a graphic design that was both institutional and warm, capable of conveying a message of stability, trust and openness. This was our first editorial design collaboration with the BCL, which entrusted us with the art direction for this symbolic medium.
- Balance between institutional authority and warm tone
- Consistency with BCL's existing visual identity
- Memorable impact in a refined, premium format
- First design collaboration: prove understanding of financial codes
Our response
We proposed an elegant, refined illustration that plays on the BCL's iconic architecture. The card blends typographic finesse with balanced composition to deliver an image that is both modern and institutional. We warmly thank the BCL for their trust on this first joint project.
- Architectural illustration as symbolic anchor
- Refined typography and precise visual hierarchy
- Controlled institutional colour palette
- Premium print production to reflect BCL standards
