What we did
  • Full rooftop setup with panoramic fireworks views
  • Multi-space technical and logistical coordination
  • Live music performance
  • Magician performance
  • Dual-audience flow management (staff and privileged clients)
  • live events
  • set design & atmosphere
  • corporate events

The insight

A National Day event's success doesn't come from the volume of activities on offer, but from the ability to bring two distinct audiences (internal staff and VIP clients) together in one premium space without visible friction, all while keeping full attention on the key moment: the fireworks.

Our deliberate choices

  • Skipped a packed activity schedule in favor of sober staging centered on the view and relational comfort
  • Chose invisible flow management for the dual audience over a physical separation that would have fragmented the experience
  • Turned the rooftop's constraint (limited space, high demand for the best view) into the evening's high point through precisely timed sequencing

The challenge

The problem

Bank of China Luxembourg entrusted us, for the second year running, with organizing their event ahead of Luxembourg National Day. They wanted a memorable evening, with close attention paid to every logistical, technical and aesthetic detail.

  • Coordinating two distinct audiences on a single site
  • Making the most of an exceptional urban rooftop without logistical friction
  • Maintaining institutional elegance within a festive setting
  • Delivering a premium experience despite a packed national events calendar

Our response

Our team took charge of every aspect of the Luxembourg National Day event for Bank of China Luxembourg: logistics, technical production and lighting design, with every detail carefully orchestrated. We arranged the spaces, including the stunning rooftop offering the city's best view for the fireworks. We also coordinated live music performances and brought in a magician to add a touch of wonder and entertainment to the evening. Our goal was to create an unforgettable experience for Bank of China Luxembourg's staff and privileged clients.

  • Set design for indoor spaces and the rooftop
  • Full technical coordination (lighting, sound, flow)
  • Artistic curation (live music, magic performances)
  • Seamless orchestration of fireworks timing

Strategic approach

Rather than overloading the evening with multiple activities, we chose a sober, fluid approach: every element had to serve the experience, not distract from it. We ruled out any ostentatious display in favor of careful attention to transitions between sequences and the quality of the artistic moments.

Spatial optimization

Distinct layouts for the indoor spaces and the rooftop allowed natural movement between formal settings and informal moments. We structured the flow to prevent congestion at the key moment of the fireworks, while keeping enough density for meaningful interaction. The space itself became an invisible tool for managing the experience.

Artistic curation

Live music performances and a magician punctuated the evening without imposing a single rhythm. Each act had to fit into the overall journey without demanding everyone's attention at once: some guests could keep talking while others watched the performance. This approach respected individual pace while still creating shared moments.

Technical mastery

Full coordination of logistics, technical production and lighting ensured flawless execution with no visible friction. We anticipated pressure points (the climb to the rooftop, syncing with the national fireworks display, outdoor sound management) to keep the flow feeling natural to guests. The technical achievement was in its invisibility.

Premium protocol

A sober institutional tone was maintained throughout the festive setting: no overloaded decor, no gimmicks, just careful attention to symbolic details (welcome, transitions, quality of performances). The goal was a premium experience that stayed true to Bank of China Luxembourg's brand positioning. The elegance was in the control, not the display.

The project in numbers

1 premium rooftop activated
2 distinct audiences orchestrated simultaneously
2 artistic performances coordinated

How we worked

  1. 01

    Spatial audit

Analyzing the rooftop's capacity and identifying likely congestion points ahead of the fireworks.

  2. 02

    Sober staging

Laying out the spaces to prioritize smooth circulation and optimal sightlines over decoration.

  3. 03

    Timing orchestration

Coordinating the timing of artistic performances to channel flow and prevent overcrowding in the premium space.

  4. 04

    Technical coordination

Managing sound, lighting and furniture logistics on a site in simultaneous use.

Popcorn time

The gallery traces the evening's progression, from the rooftop set up at dusk to the lighting atmosphere staged for the fireworks.

Frequently asked questions

How do you manage two distinct audiences at a corporate event without creating a visible hierarchy?
The key lies in timing, not physical separation. We structure the guest journey so each audience gets a premium experience at different moments, without one group encroaching on the other. The goal is to smooth the flow without segmenting the space, preserving the event's unity while respecting the client's relational priorities.
What's the difference between standard event coordination and strategic orchestration?
Coordination makes sure everything runs. Orchestration makes sure everything runs in service of a clear intention. In this project, the intention was to create a memorable moment centered on the fireworks, with the logistics staying invisible. Every decision, from furniture placement to performance timing to flow management, was structured so the experience felt effortless and attention stayed on the institutional moment.
How do you make the most of a premium rooftop at a high-stakes relational event?
A rooftop's value doesn't come from decoration, it comes from how well it's managed. Here, the panoramic fireworks view was the main draw. We calibrated capacity, organized flow to avoid saturation at the key moment, and timed the performances so the rooftop stayed a comfortable space for connection, not a bottleneck.
